We wish to thank the 83 family/carers and 68 participants who provided feedback about our services by completing a Satisfaction Survey in March. These surveys provide an important opportunity for us to evaluate our services, report back to staff about areas we are doing well in and identify any opportunities for improvement. The Bridge Connects is committed to delivering high quality services as we move through the transition to the NDIS. These survey results indicate that satisfaction with our programs remains high through this period of change.
