High Street in Cranbourne

Connects High Street in Cranbourne has focused on supporting people toward furthering their lifestyle choices. Recently, two people have started individualised service arrangements, one person has gained part time supported employment and another has been supported to gain a part time job at the local supermarket. High Street has developed a number of partnerships in the local community, offering a range of activities, such as meals on wheels with the Frankston Council. 

The services on offer at High Street:

• computers and iPad training
• volunteering with local council
• sport and recreation such as swimming, bowling, craft and basketball
• increasing independence through travel support and cooking classes
• animal engagement.
